Private learning and vocational qualification belong together at SWEX, but they serve different purposes. The Knowledge Camp is the open entry point. The AZAV qualification is the professional path into a developed project and practical hub experience.
Private learning and self-directed development
The Knowledge Camp shows the beginning of a path. People work together on ideas, technical models, and first project steps without promising a finished vocational qualification.
Vocational qualification and practical entry
The AZAV qualification feels more professional and binding. Participants enter with an idea, develop it in practice, and can then build documented experience inside an existing infrastructure.
After completion, participants can continue developing their project in an existing SWEX Hub, work on real tasks, or build their own hub. This creates documented vocational experience within an existing infrastructure.
You can also register individually. In standard markets, the more participants join a confirmed cohort, the lower the price per person — up to 15 participants.
Selected development markets use a larger cohort model with capped total cost to make the Knowledge Campus accessible.
Minimum participant count for standard delivery: 7 people. Development market cohort model starts from 27 participants. Final confirmation is provided no later than 14 days before the start date.
Network of ideas, education, and implementation.
SWEX.AI understands community as a learning and project environment for Knowledge Campus participants, SWEX.AI product customers, developers, trainers, and people who are interested in building new solutions together.
Participants can share experiences, ideas, updates, and projects. SWEX.AI develops solutions for business and private customers — and the community creates a space where people can see how shared learning can become real implementation.
Depending on role, contribution, and agreement, further collaboration may also develop from this environment. The focus is not on promises, but on real products, real learning, and practical progress.
